& Conditions

In this Agreement, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "p666p," "we," "us," "our" refers to the p666p platform and its operating entity, an internationally licensed online gaming operator.
• "Platform" means the p666p website accessible at p666p.net, including all associated pages, subdomains, services, features, and mobile-optimised interfaces.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses the Platform, whether or not they have registered an account.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon completing the p666p registration process.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, including both real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by a Player from their own verified payment method, excluding bonus amounts.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or matched deposit amounts credited to an Account by p666p pursuant to an active promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.
• "KYC" or "Know Your Customer" means the identity verification process required of all p666p Players, primarily conducted via Pakistani CNIC.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupee, the primary transaction currency of the Platform.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary agreement by a Player to be excluded from the Platform for a defined or indefinite period, initiated via account settings or by contacting support.

By accessing the p666p Platform, registering an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including the p666p Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

If you do not accept any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.

p666p reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated by SMS and email to registered Players at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where changes are required by law or licensing requirements, in which case they may take effect immediately.

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any real-money feature on the p666p Platform. This requirement applies to all players regardless of their country of residence. p666p strictly enforces this requirement and verifies age through the KYC process using Pakistani CNIC documentation.

3.2 Registration Requirements

To register a p666p Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including:

• Full legal name as it appears on your Pakistani CNIC;
• A valid Pakistani mobile number capable of receiving SMS messages;
• A valid email address that you own and control;
• Your date of birth confirming you are 21 years or older;
• Your residential address in Pakistan.

You agree to update your Account information promptly if any registered details change. Providing false or misleading registration information is a violation of this Agreement and will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) p666p Account. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, p666p will close all Accounts associated with that individual. Real-money deposits in the duplicate Accounts will be refunded to the originating payment method after a fraud review; all bonuses and winnings generated through duplicate Accounts will be voided.

3.4 Geographic Restrictions

The Platform is operated for international players including those in Pakistan. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. p666p makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in all locations. Players attempting to circumvent geographic restrictions through the use of VPNs, proxies, or other technical means do so at their own risk and may have their Accounts suspended without notice.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password not used for any other online service;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Pakistani mobile number;
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices;
• Notify p666p immediately via live chat or email if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account;
• Never share your credentials with any third party, including family members or friends.

p666p will never ask you to disclose your password in any communication channel. Any request purporting to come from p666p asking for your password is fraudulent. Report such requests to [email protected] immediately.

p666p accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials, provided that p666p's own systems have not been compromised.

All deposits to p666p Accounts are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to all deposit transactions:

• Minimum Deposit: Rs 200 per transaction.
• Maximum Deposit: Subject to limits set by the Player's payment provider and any limits applied to the Player's Account tier.
• Accepted Methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and standard bank transfer from Pakistani-registered bank accounts.
• Processing Time: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon clearance, typically within one to two hours during banking hours.
• Fees: p666p does not charge processing fees on deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which p666p bears no responsibility.
• Own Funds: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Third-party deposits — including funds deposited from accounts not registered in your name — are prohibited and will be refunded after a mandatory review period.

p666p reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposit patterns as part of its Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in Account restrictions until the review is complete.

Withdrawals from p666p Accounts are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum Withdrawal: Rs 500 per transaction.
• Verification Requirement: Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods verified against the Account holder's KYC identity documents. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Processing Target: p666p targets a 30-minute processing window for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals from fully verified Accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals typically process within one to three hours during banking hours.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals are returned via the same method used for the originating deposit where possible. If this is not possible, p666p will contact the Player to arrange an alternative verified method.
• Bonus Conditions: Withdrawals of Bonus Funds or winnings generated from Bonus Funds are only permitted after the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Right to Delay: p666p reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of identity or fraud verification checks. Players under review will be notified of the reason for the delay within 24 hours.

p666p offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and other promotional offers to eligible Players. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms stated for each offer:

• Promotions are available to registered, verified Pakistani Players who have met all eligibility criteria stated in the specific offer terms.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per Player, per household, and per device unless otherwise stated. p666p uses IP address, device fingerprinting, and payment method verification to detect bonus abuse.
• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must be wagered in accordance with the stated Wagering Requirement before being transferred to the withdrawable Real Money balance.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period of the promotion, typically 7 to 30 days from the date the bonus is credited. Bonus funds remaining after expiry are forfeited without notice.
• p666p reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without liability, provided that Players who have already claimed the promotion in good faith will have their acquired bonus funds honoured subject to the applicable wagering conditions.
• Any evidence of systematic bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated group play, low-variance betting strategies specifically designed to clear Wagering Requirements, or misrepresentation of eligibility — will result in the voiding of all bonuses and associated winnings and may result in Account suspension.

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on the p666p Platform:

8.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by p666p at our sole discretion. Bets are confirmed only upon receipt of a unique bet confirmation reference. Bets not confirmed before an event commences may be voided. In the event of technical issues during bet placement, the most recent confirmed reference number governs.

8.2 Odds Changes

Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. p666p displays the odds at which the bet was placed in the bet confirmation and account bet history. No retrospective changes to confirmed bet odds are permitted.

8.3 Void Bets

p666p reserves the right to void bets where: an event is cancelled or abandoned; a clear pricing error occurred; or the integrity of an event is in question. Voided bets have the stake returned to the Player's Account at no charge.

8.4 Cricket & PSL Specific Rules

For PSL and international cricket markets, p666p follows Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) adjusted results for weather-interrupted matches where the relevant governing body has applied DLS. Markets on individual player performances (runs, wickets, milestones) are settled based on official scorecards from the relevant cricket board or tournament organiser.

8.5 Maximum Winnings

Maximum single-event and single-bet winnings are subject to limits that vary by sport, market type, and Account tier. Current limits are displayed in the bet placement interface. p666p reserves the right to limit bet amounts on any market at any time, including limiting the stakes of individual Players, at our sole discretion.

All casino games available on the p666p Platform — including live dealer games, slots, table games, and game shows — are operated by licensed third-party game providers including Evolution, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Ezugi, and NetEnt. The following terms apply to casino play:

• Game rules for each title are accessible via the in-game information panel. It is the Player's responsibility to review game rules before wagering.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are certified by the game provider and are available in the game information panel. p666p does not modify RTP settings.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round — including disconnection, server error, or software fault — incomplete game rounds may be void and stakes returned, or completed based on game state data at the time of interruption, depending on the nature of the fault and game provider protocols.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the p666p Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension and may result in permanent closure, forfeiture of all Account funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person;
• Providing false or fraudulent identity, age, or payment information;
• Using the Platform while subject to a Self-Exclusion agreement with p666p or any affiliated platform;
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes for financial gain;
• Using automated betting tools, bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the Platform without prior written approval from p666p;
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any other form of sports integrity violation;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime;
• Colluding with other Players, dealers, or p666p staff to gain an unfair advantage;
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing p666p staff, support agents, or live dealers;
• Attempting to circumvent geographic restrictions through VPNs, proxies, or similar tools;
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith following legitimate gambling transactions.

Either you or p666p may close an Account at any time. The following conditions apply:

11.1 Closure by Player

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting p666p live chat support or emailing [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any pending bets will be settled according to their natural outcomes and any available Real Money balance will be withdrawn to your verified payment method. Bonus Funds not subject to completed Wagering Requirements are forfeited upon closure.

11.2 Closure or Suspension by p666p

p666p reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion, including where: a breach of this Agreement has occurred or is suspected; fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity is suspected; a regulatory or licensing obligation requires it; or the Player is identified as having a gambling problem and responsible gaming intervention is appropriate. Where an Account is closed due to Player misconduct, p666p may retain all associated funds pending investigation.

11.3 Inactive Accounts

An Account is considered inactive after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. p666p will notify you by email and SMS before applying an inactivity fee of Rs 50 per month to inactive Account balances. Inactivity fees will not reduce an Account balance below zero. You may reactivate an Account at any time by completing a p666p login.

p666p is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following responsible gaming measures are available to all registered Players at no cost and without requiring contact with support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately and can be decreased at any time. Increases to deposit limits require a 7-day cooling-off period before they take effect.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly loss threshold. When the threshold is reached, further betting activity is restricted until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a maximum session duration. p666p will display a notification when your session exceeds the set duration.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications displaying the time elapsed and net wins or losses during your current session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from the Platform for a defined period (1 day to 6 weeks). During a cooling-off period, you will not receive promotional communications from p666p.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform for a minimum of 6 months or indefinitely. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the chosen period. During self-exclusion, you may not open a new Account.

All content on the p666p Platform — including but not limited to the p666p name, logo, trademarks, website design, software, game content, text, graphics, and data — is the property of p666p or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content;
• Use the p666p brand, logo, or trademarks without prior written permission;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any Platform software;
• Use Platform content for commercial purposes without a written licence agreement from p666p.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, p666p's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising under this Agreement shall be limited to the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

p666p shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform;
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside p666p's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet outages, or force majeure events;
• Losses arising from your own failure to maintain Account security as required by Section 4 of this Agreement;
• Inaccuracies in third-party data feeds used for sports betting market pricing or settlement;
• Any action taken by a government authority that affects your ability to access or use the Platform.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by p666p's negligence.

Your privacy is important to p666p. The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal information is governed by the p666p Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Key points of the Privacy Policy relevant to your use of the Platform include:

• p666p collects personal data necessary for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance;
• Your data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes;
• Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation;
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention obligations.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which p666p holds its operating licence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by negotiation between you and p666p shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable jurisdiction's designated arbitration body.

Nothing in this clause prevents you from raising a complaint with the relevant regulatory authority overseeing p666p's gaming licence if you believe p666p has failed to comply with its licensing obligations.

p666p reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantively affect your rights or obligations — p666p will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via SMS to your registered Pakistani mobile number and email to your registered email address.

Non-material changes, including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change substantive rights, or changes required immediately by law or regulation, may take effect without advance notice.
